Dear Generous Donor,

We want to thank you again for your contribution to the Duecento Scholarship Fundraising campaign during the months of January and February 2019.  We exceeded our original goal of $5,000 for the Italian Campus Endowment, raising a final amount of $10,100!

Our donors were not only made up of staff, faculty, and friends of Duquesne University, but many of our donors were Italian Campus alumni spread out over 16 U.S. states and 8 nations!  This proves that the Duquesne in Rome program has an immense impact on students, they take their study abroad experience with them into the rest of their academic years at Duquesne, onto grad school, and eventually into their careers.

The final amount raised will help give scholarship support to 5-6 Duquesne students that are in need of financial help in order to afford a study abroad experience in Rome.  Your gift will have a real impact on a specific student that might not have been able to study in Rome without your generosity.  You’re investing in a future Global Citizen!

We are so excited to inform you that we have exceeded our initial crowdfunding campaign goal of $5,000! This is due to the overwhelming generosity we have received from donors like you. Thank so much for your gift!

Since we reached this milestone at the halfway point of our campaign, we have decided to stretch our goal to $7,500 in hopes to provide even more support to students who have a desire to study abroad, but might not have the funds to do so.
