Duquesne University Delta Chi 2018
Welcome to Delta Chi’s 2018 crowdfunding campaign page! Our previous campaign was a huge success as we raised over $1,300, surpassing our goal of $1,000. We hope to keep this successful tradition going and are sincerely thankful for your involvement.
Delta Chi is not merely a fraternity, it is a lifelong brotherhood. The fraternity was founded on the principles of friendship, character, justice and education. Being a member of Delta Chi provides many benefits, some of which include: development of social skills, self-development, networking and post-college opportunities. These benefits are backed by a tremendous amount of founding and we hope to inspire you to donate. Like the martlet’s on the Delta Chi badge, brothers are always “flying” and are constantly looking for both self and collective improvement. Even the smallest of donations can have a tremendous effect on the development of this chapter as well as the $1000 goal in our crowdfunding.
So where is the money you’re donating going?
The money that you donate goes directly towards the chapter’s financing as well as improvement efforts.
These efforts include:
The Current State of Delta Chi
Duquesne’s Delta Chi initiation rates have taken a tremendous leap over the past couple years. We initiated our biggest pledge class, Spring of 2017 at a staggering 20 new members. Furthermore, this spring, 2018, we plan to continue right where we left off, as we expect to initiate 18 members! In addition to our chapters expansion, Delta Chi takes great pride in its on campus involvement. We are arguably the most involved fraternity in Greek Life. As we have many brothers who are members in IFC and Omega. In addition to Greek Life involvement, many Delta Chis partake in SGA(Student Government Association) and College Republicans and athletics. Most notably was the recent election of brother, Eric Chatterjee, as Duquesne’s SGA president.
