Who we are

Pennsylvania Pharmacists Association student chapter at Duquesne University is a professional pharmacy organization that strives to advocate for the profession of pharmacy at the state level. Our members aim to advance the profession of pharmacy and enhance patient care through advocacy, education, and communication.

Our organization participates in various advocacy events such as Legislative Day, where we meet with legislators at the Pennsylvania State Capitol to discuss policies to advance the pharmacy profession! We also partake in community health events including blood pressure screenings and educating the community on the roles of a pharmacist!

Why we need your help!

Our student chapter of Pennsylvania Pharmacists Association encompasses many professional pharmacy students here at Duquesne University. Donations would directly provide our student members the opportunity to attend both annual and regional conferences, allowing for professional growth and development as future pharmacy leaders and young advocates for the profession. Your donation would also help fund health screenings and educational events in the future, improving the health of the Pittsburgh community.
