Duquesne Club Rugby is an officially recognized club sport at Duquesne University. Our organization is dedicated to teaching and promoting the great tradition and game of rugby at the college level while also promoting personal wellbeing. We practice twice a week and have conditioning once a week. We compete in around four tournaments a semester with various scrimmages and single matches in between.
Most of these tournaments are NCR (National Collegiate Rugby) sanctioned and run by the ARU (Allegheny Rugby union). He has been an excellent mentor and guiding light for our program and is great to work with.
Despite having an incredible roster of energetic and eager players alongside a devoted and dedicated coaching staff, we have always struggled to come up with the funding for our team.
