What is the Duquesne Supply Chain Council?
Duquesne Supply Chain Council (DSCC) is a student-run organization for Supply Chain Management that provides opportunities for students to gain real world experiences, network with industry professionals and enhance their professional development.
Why Are We Crowdfunding?
We are in need of donations to continue to offer students the opportunity to network with major companies in the Pittsburgh area. We host the annual Supply Chain Connection to bring students and supply chain professionals to campus. This event allows Duquesne students to explore the field of supply chain management, inquire about internships and full-time work, and ask questions. With your help, we will host the Connection event for its eighteenth year!
Education, practice, and community integration are imperative to creating the foundation for a career in Supply Chain Management. It is vital that students receive understanding of the applicability of Supply Chain Management. Students will be able to experience the applicability of this degree by visiting various plants around the area. In previous year students had to opportunity to visit the Warehouses and offices of Allegheny Health Network, SAP, US Steel, and Alro Steel. We are adding other groundbreaking facilities to our radar for the 2024-2025 school year. We need YOUR support to help send students to one plant per semester!
We ask that you please donate today to help give Duquesne University students this unique experience. Even gifts of $10 will make a difference. You can also help by spreading the word of this campaign to others via social media, e-mail, and text. Make sure to include the hashtag #DUQDSCC! Thank you!
