The Student Occupational Therapy Association (SOTA) is an on-campus organization that consists of students majoring in Occupational Therapy. We provide volunteer opportunities, host guest lecturers from the profession, and generally provide opportunities for professional development to our students. One of those opportunities is to attend the annual AOTA conference in Orlando, FL this coming March. We hope to send members that wish to attend the conference.
What We Do!
The American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA) is a national organization that occupational therapists and occupational therapy students can choose to join. This organization provides many professional development opportunities to its members, such as continuing education credits and webinars, in addition to advocating for occupational therapists’ interests in state and federal government. The annual conference is held to allow professionals and students to share their research, network with one another, and learn more about this diverse profession. This year’s conference is being held in Orlando, FL.
