Club Women's Volleyball - Spring 2023

Who we are:

We are the women's club volleyball team at Duquesne University. We are a newly formed club here at Duquesne, founded in the spring of 2022. As a club, we strive to provide a space for players to continue playing volleyball at a competitive level in college as well as building a community and network of players through Duquesne. We have a very strong team this year and have come in 1^st and 2^nd place in our most recent two tournaments of the season! 

Why are we fundraising:

Since our club is not funded by the university, we have had to pay out of pocket for everything—from tournament fees to uniforms to travel costs etc. The average tournament fee is around $150-$200 and we play in around 5 tournaments per season. In order to continue to build our club and represent Duquesne in the college club volleyball community, we need the funds to do so!

  1. Our goal for the upcoming season is to play in Nationals (and win of course!) and registration alone is $900. We ask for your support in this huge opportunity and to help get Duquesne’s name out there on the national level!
