About the Duquesne Trumpet Studio
The Duquesne Trumpet Studio is a group consisting of trumpet majors from the Duquesne University Mary Pappert School of Music. The main objectives of this performing ensemble are to provide Duquesne trumpet students the ability to perform in a mass chamber ensemble, to compete in national and international competitions, and to represent Duquesne on an international level to students and pedagogues across the globe.
Why We Are Crowdfunding
The Duquesne Trumpet Studio has been selected to perform Glinka’s Ruslan and Ludmila – Overture at the International Trumpet Guild Conference this upcoming summer in San Antonio, Texas.

We hope you will consider donating to our campaign, as we represent Duquesne University and the Mary Pappert School of Music on an international level. Thank you!
Any amount that you are able to contribute will make a difference to us, such as being put towards conference and hotel fees.
A gift of $75 could help to cover the cost of one night in the hotel for a student.
A gift of $150 would help to cover over half of the registration fee for one student to attend the conference.
A gift of $300 would nearly cover the cost of one round trip ticket for a student to attend the conference.
