Thank you so much for your support of the Duquesne University Voices of Spirit in 2019-20!
We recently completed a successful tour in Canada, singing six performances in six days, including three solo concerts, a church service, a school performance, and a university choral exchange at the Crane School of Music at SUNY Potsdam! Make sure to watch our video of our choir performing O Canada.
Students also enjoyed roaming around two of North America’s greatest cities, Toronto and Montreal, and taking in culture, food, and social activities! For 90% of the singers, this was their first time outside the country!

The Voices of Spirit exceeded our crowdfunding goals!
I want to personally thank you for your generous gift to the Voices of Spirit crowdfunding campaign! 2019-20 marks a very special year for the choir. We are incredibly excited to share our vocal talents with national and international audiences! And now, thanks to you, our 2019-20 travel plans are becoming a reality. Thank you for taking the time and energy to support us, and for helping to make the financial burden lighter for students!

We are hard at work to prepare for our performances at the National Collegiate Choral Organization’s National Conference in College Park, Maryland this November and in Ontario and Quebec, Canada in early 2020. Reaching our crowdfunding goal would be a tremendous momentum boost leading into these important performances.
