Who are we?
Hello! We are the Duquesne Women’s Club Lacrosse team. Currently, we are in our fourth year as an official Division I club team and are growing in size with players of all skill levels and experience. Over the last year, we have doubled in size with over 40+ women on our roster of all ages and majors.
Our team competes in the Women’s Collegiate Lacrosse League (WCLL) and is a part of the East Region Division. Other teams within the division include Buffalo, West Virginia, Ohio, and Pittsburgh. We also face more local teams like Carnegie Mellon and Grove City.
Why do we need your support?
As a registered Division I club team, we travel to large out-of-state universities during our spring season for tournaments. In previous years, tournaments have been held at schools such as Michigan State University Ohio State University, and West Virginia University. This year our big tournament of the season will be held at Purdue University in Indiana! As our team is solely funded by our players, your support assists us in covering:
