Since last December, The Duke has been honored with multiple 2018 Student Keystone Keystone Press Awards and won a Society of Professional Journalist Region 1 Mark of Excellence Award for Breaking News Reporting. This current staff has covered and broken stories that have been picked up by local and national media from The Pittsburgh Post-Gazette, The Pittsburgh City Paper, Yahoo Sports, Politico and the Associated Press.

Established in 1925, the award-winning Duke is published weekly on Thursdays and features Duquesne campus and community news, sports, features, A&E, and opinions of students. Serving as the pulse of the Duquesne community, The Duquesne Duke provides an array of campus news, student opinions, editorials and advertisements.
