American Chemical Society 2018
Duquesne University's American Chemical Society
Our Duquesne University chapter of the American Chemical Society (ACS) is a social and service organization open to all science majors who strive to attain academic and professional success at Duquesne.
Our organization is consistently one of the most successful student organizations on campus, having won the ACS Outstanding Student Chapter Award the past seven years and the ACS Green Chemistry Chapter Award the past six years.
We Want to Present Our Duquesne Research on the National Stage But Need Your Support
We have the opportunity to present the research we have conducted as Duquesne University students at the American Chemical Society National Conference this March 31 - April 4, 2019 in Orlando, FL. To do so, we are asking for your generosity to help pay the expenses fees that would make this dream a reality.
In addition of having the honor to represent Duquesne University and gain valuable experience presenting our research, we will also get the chance to:
- Attend poster sessions and special lectures
- Meet with mentors and peers in a more laid-back, social setting
- Attend the ACS Career Fair and Graduate School Exposition
Please Give Now and Help Spread the Word!
We ask that you please make a donation today to help give us this incredible experience. Even gifts of $10 will make a difference. You can also help by spreading word of this campaign to others who may be interested via social media, e-mail, and text. Make sure to include the hashtag #DUQACS!
From all of the students in the Duquesne University American Chemical Society - Thank you!
