What is Phi Sigma Lambda?

Phi Sigma Lambda is a professional forensic science and law fraternity. It was established to unite students enrolled in the Forensic Science and Law program; instill its members with the aspiration to achieve high academic standings, encourage members to become actively involved in the surrounding community, strive to uphold the values of honesty and integrity, and create a lasting bond of friendship and loyalty.

Duquesne University Student Members Chapter

Duquesne University has a student member Phi Sigma Lambda chapter, which acts as a professional fraternity that provides aspiring forensic scientists with a forum from which to share ideas and concerns. An organization that stresses dedication to scholarship and civic duty, Phi Sigma Lambda attracts many of the brightest, most analytical young minds in a setting that fosters intellectual growth and personal development.

Why are We Crowdfunding?

Education, research, and community integration are imperative to creating the foundation for a career in forensic science and law. Phi Sigma Lambda provides the chance for the students to gain these skills at the American Academy of Forensic Sciences (AAFS) National Conference.

The 70th AAFS National Conference will be held February 19-24, 2018 in Seattle, WA and we need YOUR support to help send students there!
